"Having not been out in the Alps for a few years I wanted to have a guided week that consolidated and built upon my previous experience of PD/ AD- alpine routes and would give me more confidence to tackle harder objectives in the AD range. Everything with Frost Guiding was great. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. The chalet apartment was a great base and the food was perfect (we always made sure we were back for Louise's cake!). I had the pleasure of climbing with Tim Neill who, as well as being vastly experienced, was great company and seemed to have unwavering confidence in our ability to climb safely and efficiently. The objectives we chose for the week were excellent, Arolla is beautiful and despite being August we often found that we had the mountains to ourselves.
